SHIPPING

  • Nationwide up to 1-4 working days.
  • Rural Deliveries need to be shipped to the closest Bike store to be assembled.

Note that the website office is closed over the weekend and Public holidays so if you place an order on Friday after 2:30pm, Saturday or Sunday we won’t process it until Monday. During sale periods the above delivery times may be extended.

Basic Assembly Required:

Your bike will arrive in its original factory box packaging at least 85% assembled and requires some further assembly, which should take you no more than one hour in most cases..

This generally involves fixing the pedals to the cranks, the front wheel into the forks, attaching the handlebars and fitting the seat stem.

Levers, controls and Hydraulic lines are already fitted.

In the interests of safety we recommend having the bike assemble by a skilled bike mechanic.

You can assemble the bike yourself if you have the necessary skills but you will need a basic bike tool set and ideally a torque wrench to help you get bolts and fasteners tightened to the correct tension.

You will need to ensure you maintain brake fluid levels and mechanical adjustments from receipt of the boxed bike

You will of course need to tune and maintain the bike from time to time, particularly in the settling in period of the first four to six weeks use, as with already fully assemble bikes.

If you do not have the skills and tools or are unable to have a local bike shop do the assembly for you then we recommend that you buy a fully assembled bike from another supplier.”
